    Meryl’s journey to professional organizing is rooted in a decade of experience as a teacher and owner of a small Montessori preschool. This background was key to nurturing her expertise in creating structured, peaceful environments designed for development and function and led her to launch The Neat Nest in 2017,  the culmination of her life-long passion.

    Meryl’s practice is grounded in the belief that a beautiful, functional home allows for a clear mind.  With Meryl as your guide, you can expect to feel heard, less stressed, more at peace, and truly able to enjoy your transformed space.

As project manager and designer of our custom built-ins, she keeps every detail on track, every timeline in check, finds creative solutions when issues arise and keeps you in the loop throughout the process.

    With years of custom design experience, Erica turns underused areas into timeless, beautiful, and highly functional spaces that inspire calm and happiness. 

    Simply put, Erica makes complex projects seem easy and stressful days feel worry-free. She keeps projects seamless, organized, and yes…even enjoyable.

Her natural design sense and plant-loving spirit help bring softness and life into every space she touches.

    She’s also the gentle soul of our team: infinitely kind, endlessly patient, and always thinking of others. When the project is complete, Elizabeth switches hats and becomes our photographer, capturing the finished spaces so clients can relive that “after” moment again and again. With Elizabeth, every transformation feels thoughtful, serene, and full of heart.
